Benediction of the Winter Solstice
With humility, we stand beneath the vast expanse of the Cosmos, in communion with Nature, our brothers and sisters, and the whole.
On this Winter Solstice, the longest night of the year, We express gratitude for our existence. Gratitude for the laws of Nature which have brought life to this world, and together with our own Nature, all outcomes are determined by.
We find Polaris, the guiding star of ancient travelers, and reflect on Reason, the guide of our own souls. A light even in the darkest of times, it calls us back home to virtue.
As the natural and heavenly cycle continues and the sun's light returns to warm our days, let us align our lives with Nature, and may virtue shine through us as a light for all, especially those lost in darkness.
Benediction of the Vernal Equinox
With humility, we stand beneath the vast expanse of the Cosmos, in harmony with Nature, our brothers and sisters, and the whole.
On this Vernal Equinox, where light and darkness meet as equals, we express gratitude for our existence. Gratitude for the laws of Nature which have brought life to this world, and together with our own Nature, all outcomes are determined by.
We look to the balanced horizon, where day and night stand in perfect measure, and reflect on Temperance—the guide that keeps our souls steady amidst excess and want. A light of reason, constant and unwavering, it calls us back to virtue.
As the natural and heavenly cycle turns and the days grow longer, let us align our lives with Nature, walking neither in indulgence nor deprivation, but with wisdom and moderation. May virtue shine through us as a beacon for all, especially those who have lost their way.
