This site exists to establish Virtue Commons, a physical space dedicated to upholding Virtue, inspired by Stoic and Enlightenment Principles. This project includes three fundamental parts:

Once established Virtue Commons will be a home base for the Stoic community and a springboard for virtue in the world.

The Stoic Philosophy is a powerful aid to living a good life.  In ancient times the Stoics discovered many things but founded no enduring institutions.  They made no home base and nearly all was lost in the dark ages. Fortunately there was a renaissance in the late 20th century. And now it is up to us, the heirs of this wisdom, to set the foundation for a resilient practice and an aim for a community of virtue that will stand the test of time.
